Viewing and filtering maps and voice guidance files
When Maps in Nokia Ovi Suite opens, you can see all the available maps listed alphabetically. To view what kind of voice guidance is available for downloading for each language, select Voice guidance files.
When viewing the maps or the voice guidance files available for downloading, you can easily see which maps or voice guidance files you already have on your device.
Viewing your device’s maps and voice guidance files
To view which maps and voice guidance files you have on your device, click Maps and voice guidance in the device area.
If you have more than one device connected, select the other device from the device selection area and you can see the maps and voice guidance files from that device listed.
Note:
Make sure Nokia Ovi Suite uses the same memory location in your device to save Maps content in as defined in the device’s Maps application settings. For more information, see Modifying Maps options.
Filtering maps and voice guidance files
You can find a particular map or voice guidance file by filtering the list that is currently visible. Start typing the name of the country, area or voice guidance file in the filtering field, and the maps or voice guidance files matching the text you type are shown in the list. To empty the filtering field, click the X icon.
