Exporting messages
You can store all the messages from Nokia Ovi Suite to a CSV file. This is a good way to back up all your messages.
To export messages from Nokia Ovi Suite to a CSV file, do the following:

Select File > Export all messages.

Select an existing CSV file to overwrite it or select New to create a new file.

Click OK. All your messages are stored to the file.
You can import your messages back to Nokia Ovi Suite. See Importing messages for details.
You can also open any CSV file directly for viewing with many spreadsheet applications.
