Copying a smart group
You can copy an existing smart group and then modify the rules that are applied to the duplicate. Thus you do not have to create a smart group from scratch.
To copy a smart group, do the following:

Highlight any of the smart groups displayed under All.

Right-click and select Copy rules. The “Edit smart group” dialog opens displaying a default name for the smart group. If you want to rename the group, type a new name into the name field.

Edit the rules that are applied to the smart group.

Click Save to close the dialog.
