Copying messages
When you connect your device to the computer, messages from your device are copied to the computer and shown in the All group. In addition, you can copy selected messages from your device to the computer or from the computer to your device.
To copy messages from your device to the computer, do the following:

Highlight any of the folders listed in the device area. You can see a list of the messages contained in the folder.

Select one or more messages. To select adjacent messages, click the first message and then hold down the SHIFT key and click the last message. To select non-adjacent messages, click the first message and then hold down the CTRL key and click additional messages.

Drag the messages to the All group in the navigation area. The messages are copied to the computer.
To copy messages from the computer to your device, do the following:

Highlight the All group in the navigation area. You can see a list of all messages from your computer.

Select one or more messages. To select adjacent messages, click the first message and then hold down the SHIFT key and click the last message. To select non-adjacent messages, click the first message and then hold down the CTRL key and click additional messages.

Drag the messages to My folders in the device area. The messages are copied to your device.
Tip:
To copy a message’s content to the clipboard and paste it to another text editor, select a message in the items area, right-click the message in the content area on the right pane, and select Copy to clipboard.
